Who knew that the Galapagos Islands (above) kind of look like a seahorse?
That’s just one of the things I learned from the Wired photo-essay that showcases Earth’s coolest islands, as seen from above — way above.

So beautiful. I like the one with the lagoon in the middle.
Also — according to Kurt Vonnegut — the only humans to survive the next million years will be in the Galapagos.
