I used to have the plans for making one kicking around somewhere…I smell an Absurd Intellectuals project….
You should watch the documentary Moog about Robert Moog who invented the Moog synthesizer. Moog is also one of the biggest theremin manufacturers. In it he goes to visit a woman who is studying theremin in university. It’s pretty rad.
